My family and I had a truly wonderful time staying in your home. The house was
lovely and we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and convenience of
the location. I personally loved Spain, at least all that I saw. My trip to
Seville and Madrid was also wonderful. I cannot wait until I have the time to

Asunto: Just at little reply re. our holiday.
Dear Marie Pierre
It was really a very nice place and we enjoyed the holiday a lot. We were quit
busy, making trips to Marabella, Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba, Malaga,
Mijas and off course to Benalmadena Costa and to the beach. We saw the Semana
Santa processions three times (Malaga, Cordoba and Mijas) They were very impressing.
One afternoon it was extremely clear sky and we discussed whether it was the
cliffs at Gibraltar and Africa we could see from the house ???
We have all ready started the discussions about a holiday at the same time next
year.

2.- OUR ORGANIZATION IN BENALMADENA
Juan,
our gardener takes care of our gardern and our neighbour´s (same street
and top street) on mondays, wednesdays, and Fridays afternoons year round.
He will greet you, explain opening of doors, bars, lightning of garden and
pool etc...
His wife cleans the place when we require her and baby sits if necessary.
He is generally home at lunch time (Spanish lunch from 2PM to 3PM)
They live in the village of Benalmádena. Behind the supermarket and newsagent.
IMPORTANT :
ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT MALAGA AIRPORT, once you know exactly at what time you will
be home, (it is a 20 mn ride) after picking your car, luggage etc… give
him a call to confirm. He lives very close to our place and will be there before
you. Please let us know if possible if you flight is delayed so we can get in
touch with him and avoid useless loss of time on both sides.

Upon arrival 50% cash to the person indicated by owner who will give
you a receipt.
A security deposit must be paid in the form of a cahier's check upon arrival
which will be returned to the client at checking out. The amount is 20,000 pesetas.
Applicant make the following agreement in signing this application and accepting
deposit :
To treat the property with care and to reimburse Owner any significantly damaged
or lost items. Linens , towels and crockery : 30 US Dollars each.
TV or double sofa bed, King Size bed, Wadroble, Electric Stove , Small Oven,
Fridge , Washing Machine or any large items in the villa such as the sink, toilet,
table kitchen, bar 1,000 US Dollar /each
Not to bring any pets without prior arrangement, and agreement and separate damage deposit.
To be considerate of the rights of neighbours to enjoy the normal peace of the neighborhood
